When we print a book, there's always a chance that a few copies will have some kind of printing error. On a complicated project like Mike Herrod’s Monster Comics, which includes a pen filled with “invisible” ink, we run an even greater risk. Therefore we were prepared, and sprung into action when we heard that one little customer of ours had received a defective magic Monster Comics pen with his copy of the book. We immediately sent him three replacement pens, so he could continue to draw secret drawings and write secret messages throughout the book with as little interruption as possible.

Needless to say, we were thrilled to learn from him that we are The Nicest Company In The World. Sorry, other companies! We received this designation in a wonderfully inventive card from the recipient of the replacement pens, which we share with you now:
